Meeting called to order by the Mayor at approximately 10:40 pm.
Purpose of Meeting: Resolution of borrowing amount.

Further to Council’s decision made at the September 4th 2008 Special Meeting to borrow funds from the Bank of Montreal for paving project.

Resolution SR Oct 23 08: Alexander/Chaffey
4 for, 0 opposed, carried
Duly Resolved that the Town of Cormack borrow $553,669 from the Bank of Montreal which represents the Town’s share of MRIF 22734 proposal to pave local roads.

Resolution SR Oct 23 08-1: Rideout/Alexander
4 for, 0 opposed, carried
