Meeting called to Order

The purpose of the meeting is to record the quotes submitted for road construction to be carried out at Poplar Crescent.

Robin Elm - $10,700
Eric Pittman - $16,500
Perry Trucking - $9,450

Resolution SR082808: Alexander/Chaffey
The work at Poplar will be carried out by Perry Trucking Limited who submitted the lowest bid.
3 for, 0 opposed, carried.
If unable to start by first week of September, the second lowest bid should be awarded the project.
