Minutes of Special Meeting
August 21, 2008

Also Present: Town Clerk Manager C. Fry
 
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 10:30 pm.
 
Purpose of Special Meeting is to discuss the Town’s finances which have been burdened with carrying expenses incurred in the final stages of the building phase of the Extension and Renovations to Resource Centre (ARDAHC).
 
 
Resolution SR 08-20-08: Pelley/Rideout
4 for, 0 opposed, carried
It is duly Resolved that the Town of Cormack seek a short term loan in the amount of sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000) until such time as funds are received from funding partners ACOA and INTRD.
