50 plus, maintenance free, living complex to be built in Cormack. Looking for interested community members who would be interested in a 50 plus, maintenance free, living complex to be built in Cormack. We will not be offering nursing to our tenants, you must be able to live independently, couple or singles are welcome! We are looking to build 12 units to start, each unit with kitchen, 1 bedroom, full bathroom with laundry, living room (each apartment will be approx. 600 sq ft). Each unit will have access to a deck and private entrance and parking. There will be a common area in the middle of the complex for residents use as well. We are hoping to start the building process fall of 2010, spring of 2011, with completion tentatively expected for Fall 2011. If you feel this would be an asset to our community or yourself, we would love to hear from you with your feedback and questions. If you could also let us know what you feel would be a reasonably rent which you would pay for such a facility! Please forward all your questions or comments to trevorje@telus.net! We look forward to hearing from you!! Trevor and Jeanette Wight
There will be a workshop on March 5th in Corner Brook on Agritourism Product Development which
could be beneficial to the farmers in the Humber Valley who may be interested
in getting into agritourism as a side line to the farm operations. Click here to view poster.
